NNP Audit
The whole picture, before you commit to the big decision
The NNP Audit is for brands about to make a big call: a replatform, a rebuild, a new market, or a year’s budget on the site. You get everything in the NNP Workshop, plus working sessions with your team. It covers the whole operation as well as the site: UX, performance, CRO, your tech stack, your competitors and your commercial plan.
You come out with a detailed roadmap and action plan you can take to whoever signs off the budget. It’s yours whoever does the work, including your current agency.
From £8,800.
Who is the NNP Audit for?
Brands planning a replatform or a big investment who want the whole picture before they sign anything. And brands whose growth has stalled, where the obvious fixes haven’t moved it and they need to know exactly why.
It suits brands doing £2m or more online, usually with an eCommerce manager, eCommerce director or head of digital who owns the number and has to make the case for the spend. The sessions are built around those people, and around whoever else would sign the plan off.
It isn’t for you if what you want is a clear list of what’s costing you orders on the site you’ve got. The NNP Workshop does that for a lot less, and the Free CRO Review gives you a first look on your own for nothing.
Why do the Audit before a replatform?
The platform often gets the blame for problems it didn’t cause. A slow theme, a checkout nobody has touched in years, two extensions fighting each other, or tracking that’s been broken since the last redesign all look like platform problems from the boardroom. Move platform without fixing them and you pay for the move and keep the problems.
The Audit separates the two. If the platform really is holding you back, you go into the replatform with a brief your own team has already argued through, which is the kind that gets signed off, built to time and doesn’t change halfway. If it isn’t, you’ve saved yourself the biggest bill of the year and you know what to fix instead.
If you’ve already decided to move, see how we run Magento and Adobe Commerce migrations and Shopify migrations.
What’s included in the NNP Audit?
Everything in the NNP Workshop
- Your customer journeys, click data and session recordings, to see where people drop out
- How easy your layout, messaging and navigation are for real visitors to use
- Speed and Core Web Vitals, on a phone as well as a desktop
- A benchmark against the competitors your customers are comparing you with
- Every fix in priority order, each with an estimated return
Then the parts only the Audit covers
Working sessions with your team. Face to face or on video, with the people who’d sign the plan off. We work through the findings with them rather than handing over a document and leaving.
Your tech stack. Platform, extensions or apps, hosting and integrations, and whether the platform is actually the problem.
Your commercial plan. Where the growth is meant to come from over the next few years, and whether the site and the stack can carry it.
The replatform question. If moving platform is on the table, whether you should, what you’d move to, and what the move would involve.
What do you get, and how long does it take?
A detailed written roadmap and action plan, in priority order, with an estimated return against each item. It’s the document you take into the room where the decision gets made, and it tells you whether you need a new platform, a new frontend, or neither. If you don’t need a new site, it’ll say so.
You get a video walkthrough with it too, so anyone who wasn’t in the working sessions can catch up without reading the whole thing first.
It usually takes four to six weeks, against one to two for the NNP Workshop, because there’s more ground to cover and the working sessions have to fit round your team’s diaries. We give you a delivery date when you book, and the clock starts once we have access to your analytics and your site admin.
It costs from £8,800. If you go on to work with us afterwards, we take 50% of the fee off the work. The work needs to be worth at least twice what we’re taking off, whether that’s a retainer, a Hyvä rebuild or a full replatform.

Free CRO Review, £0
A first look on your own. Your site, read the way a first-time visitor reads it, with a ranked list of fixes on screen in about a minute.
NNP Workshop, from £3,200
What’s costing you orders on the site you have: your site, analytics, journeys, speed and competitors. A video walkthrough with a short document to back it up, in one to two weeks. 50% off follow-on work.
NNP Audit, from £8,800
A replatform, rebuild or big investment decision. All of the Workshop plus your tech stack, commercial plan and working sessions. A detailed roadmap and action plan plus a video, in four to six weeks. 50% off follow-on work.
You keep the plan, whoever does the work
The roadmap is yours. A national pet retailer bought the full NNP Audit from us, and their existing agency then carried out the work it set out. That’s fine by us. The Audit is priced to be worth it on its own.
When the decision is right, the problems that come next are the good kind. After we rebuilt Reliant’s frontend on Hyvä, turnover went up 141% and conversion 78%, and within months they were hiring a merchandiser and an SEO manager to keep up.
